A 251-room hotel on Silicon Way, developed with Premier Inn and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands in response to demand for accommodation around Old Street.

PROJECT CONTEXT

A long-term commitment from Premier Inn gave the development a clear occupier and supported its commercial purpose within a changing neighbourhood.

The scheme repositioned the building for hotel use.
