An office site constrained by its existing use and the Northern line became the setting for a 40-storey residential landmark, designed by MAKE.

VALUE ADDED

Rocket Developments identified the mixed-use planning logic that unlocked residential height while replacing the existing office provision.

A cantilevering solution above the Northern line and coordinated delivery helped make an ambitious development possible.
