SAVE CONTACTTom Appleton is a chartered surveyor with almost 30 years’ experience in property and development. His career has been shaped by a fascination with the way development can change the built environment.
Tom began his property career in 1998 at St Quintin, now part of CBRE. His subsequent experience with The Trevor Osborne Property Group and Land Securities Trillium helped establish the relationships and commercial understanding he later brought to Rocket Developments.
He established Rocket Properties in 2004 to apply those skills directly: identifying opportunities, securing sites, shaping planning strategies and building the teams needed to deliver them. He remains closely involved in acquisition and planning, keeping the professional team focused on the same strategic outcome.
